popped in for a lunch on a beautiful sunny day, so sat outside and enjoyed the quiche (chicken bacon)(pear courgette with a hauch of chili) salat, followed by scones, jam cream coffee. all delicious in a pleasant environment. dog friendly recommended

During our time in Braemar, we visited this restaurant a few times and loved their oat lattes and vegan sticky date cake. We also tried their vegan breakfast which included vegan sausages, vegan haggis, beans, hashbrowns, tomatoes, and roasted vegetables. They even had vegan butter for the toast!

We've been here a few times and have had the same food each time as it's really nice. We had toast with hummus, salad and crisps on the side, vegan sticky date loafs and an americano with oat milk. We have visited this restaurant a few times and have always enjoyed the same delicious food. Our favorite dishes include hummus, salad, and shrimp on the side, vegan sticky date pudding, and an Americano with milk. My companion and I both ordered the Full Vegan Breakfast, but we realized we should have opted for the smaller portion next time (our eyes were bigger than our bellies). We inquired about the type of vegan haggis being served, and the cook kindly brought it out for us to see. The staff was very pleasant, and the location was wonderful - we had a table overlooking the river and even spotted a red squirrel.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complete vegan breakfast at this restaurant. The meal included hash browns, beans, roasted vegetables, tomato, toast, and a delicious oat latte. However, the service was a major letdown. We were given dirty utensils, I had to request vegan spread three times before receiving it, and I was initially not served the vegan haggis. There were no apologies, just a statement that it would be cooked now. Despite being a charming coffee shop, the service on this particular visit was disappointing.
