tasty eating, unfortunately too loud heavy metal music, so the entertainment was a bit heavy.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The BBQ was very good. The cheesecake was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

I ordered on deliveroo because I saw so many good reviews. However the sandwich I ordered was really greasy and over packed with food. None of the element had a distinguishable flavor, it was just one big greasy sandwich. Overall I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't order again.

Decided to try here for food given previous reviews and the fact that it was near where we were staying and must say that we were not disappointed.... we were so impressed that we decided to return a second night which is something that we never do when on a city break! Had the Birdhouse burger and seriously impressed.... cooked to your liking perfectly. Also had the brisket on the first night - extremely tasty. Lovely relaxed atmosphere + very friendly staff and host. Would most definitely recommend to friends and family

We had heard from a friend in Berlin that these were tasty burgers and would give burger mister a run for their money,while we haven't tasted burger mister these burgers were amaze balls!!staff were so friendly,spoke English and provided great service.In particular the Irish gentleman provided great banter with us.The burgers use English muffins to help soak up all the juiciness and the 250g of meat is served in two patties to reduce cooking time,this served with fries was a meal that will need a nice stroll around the park afterwards.Highly recomend trying these out! We came here after reading some very good reviews and we weren't disappointed.The staff:Arriving at the restaurant a VERY friendly waiter showed us to our table. Throughout the whole stay at the restaurant he became funnier and funnier making the experience here even greater!The food:The burgers were good but not great. It's a thing we've encountered throughout most of Germany: the food isn't seasoned enough, since we (in Belgium) are used to very well seasoned food. Although it was not great we cannot complain about it. As a solo female traveller I'm always a bit careful eating out, nobody wants to feel awkward somewhere and eating can be a challenge in that respect! I saw this place highly recommended and decided to give it a shot.From the second I walked in I didn't feel uncomfortable, I felt very welcome in fact. It was pretty quiet but the service was friendly, relaxed and efficient. I was given time to choose and my order came in about ten minutes.Be aware! There is A LOT of food on the plate! I had had nice meals at The Bird's now-closed Kreuzberg location, so expected something decent from this newer (?) location. Unfortunately, that wasn't to be the case.The menu closely follows the traditional BBQ restaurant template while also offering the same range of hamburgers you might know from their other locations. I had a bacon & cheddar hamburger, my two friends the three-meat plate and pulled pork plate, respectively. I asked for my hamburger medium-rare; it was more medium-well. The meat was reasonably tasty but I found the hamburger to be a little lumpy and quickly broke into big chunks as I worked through it.
