"After many months of missing out, we decided on our shop being closed to venture to fab place to enjoy a taste of the mouth watering menu of 'the Backyard cafe '. The menu is carefully considered, with flavours and textures that leave you reminiscing over its development and execution. It 's It 's rare gem, and a beautiful find for anyone living in our area or passing through. The owners are genuine and humble, with friendly and thoughtful staff. At fiddlesticks we love supporting positive businesses, that prove in house business can support each other and celebrate one another. "visited Friday evening, service from bar and waitress was really good, lovely and welcoming. food was poor, had a fillet which was not cooked through, sentnit back and another steak came out, clearly cooked more on the outside but still not cooked through. cut was too thick and should of been butterflied for how it was asked to be cooked. surely the waitress and/or chef should know this"

"Visited limes last night with friends for a birthday celebration after reading the reviews. We had an amazing time, the restaurant is beautiful inside and the menu is amazing. So many different dishes I have never seen before. The waiters were excellent, timely services and extremely knowledgable about the menu and gave perfect recommendations. The duck starter was superb. All of the food was excellent and plenty of it. Our friends live a distance away but have already said that this will be our regular. Can’t fault the service, food or atmosphere. A definite winner."

"Been wanting to come here for a very long time after driving/walking past it, and my partner has wanted to come here since she’s moved here. Hand sanitizer upon arrival with track trace check in code. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and all very masks. The lady we had who served us throughout our time (apologise I forgot her name began with A I think), she couldn’t have been anymore helpful. With a very wide range of food, she told us everything on the menu was very nice as she has tried everything! The decor of the restaurant is what I’d expect in a typical Italian restaurant, very rustic and has a feel of being in Italy. To start I had the belly pork with Jack Daniels sauce, I’ve never tried belly pork and it was so tasty and very tender. My other half had the goats cheese in filo pastry which was also very nice. For mains, I had the Risotto con salsiccia (spicy sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato and chilli). It was so nice I’m glad it was a big portion as I wanted more! I don’t think the sausage was spicy but overall I was very impressed. Other half had a cheese chicken mushroom calzone which was also nice. We had a nice bottle of white wine which absolutely complimented the whole meal. For dessert I had sorbet and other half had a deep fried cannoli once again both really nice. Reasonable priced meal for two people, and very highly recommended. Plenty parking and we will be back soon with our family. Very authentic home cooked Italian food and Cafe Casita is way better than some of these chain restaurants!!"

"Had a family meal at the fountain tonight. Not only was the food amazing and great value for money. But have to give a massive thanks to Tabby who served us tonight. My oldest son is autistic and very particular when ordering his food. She was very understanding and accommodating with his requests and nothing was too much to ask for. He literally created his own burger and it wasn’t a problem. So thank you Tabby. The rest of our group had steaks and they were lovely. Overall great service, great food"
