Cosy cafe on a bleak winter day. We both had full English breakfast and it was delicious. High end ingredients served hot and not greasy. Really enjoyable experience.

The scones at this restaurant are the best I've ever had, and their cream tea and bakewell slice are delightful. They offer a variety of quality teas, the staff is excellent, and the seating is both comfortable and stylish.

We stopped here for a coffee, and were tempted by the chip butties. Can highly recommend them. Loved the homemade chips. The customer service was first class, and all the staff were friendly. If you are in Castleton, pay this tearoom a visit.

We walked in without a reservation and were served a freshly made afternoon tea. The service was friendly and welcoming. The tea room is located in a gift shop, with a few tables on the front terrace and by the window. Situated in a charming village, it's a great place to stop for lunch.

We dropped in for lunch after a walk up Mam Tor. What a fantastic tea room. I had hummus, avocado, pepper sandwich with crisps, salad coleslaw. My wife has jacket potato with beans cheese. Both were excellent, all home made fresh using high quality ingredients. Top quality great service.

I was really impressed by this café. We initially chose it because it's very dog-friendly, but we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious menu options. The salad we ordered had high-quality ingredients and great flavor - no soggy lettuce in sight. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive.

We called after a long walk around Castleton just as a treat, and we weren’t let down! The staff were really nice chatty, answering any questions about their cakes, as that was what we wanted. Two of the party had cream teas, which they said were delicious, while I had a huge slice of lemon blueberry cake, also excellent, and the last had coffee and walnut cake. Also very good. We all had hot drinks and the bill came to £29.
