"As visiting Berlin at the moment me and my friend decided to take it easy this sunday and we chose to order in, after deciding for thai and checking their menu it looked quite promising and we thought we made a good choice. However after waiting for almost an hour for our food we thought ok its busy as its sunday and give them a few more mins, as we called the place a bit later they were sorry and the food is on the way, 1h 30 min in still no sign we called again and same story but with a bit unfriendly undertone and your man telling us its sunday and maybe we should not have ordered. Myself totally shocked by this attitude as i have long time customer service expereice and never was spoken back to like this...but food was on the way. 2 hours in ,not too mentioned it was after 10 pm and the hungerlevel was not enjoyable we called again and mentioned the fact that we still waiting and this is not ok . A little sorry and food is on the way as the driver left storz didnt make it any better... After 2h 30min we finally got our food delivered which then turned out to be defo not worth the wait whatsoever..cold main courses and no flavour or even any sign of sauce with my firends main course. Only tasty thing were the summer spring rolls with tofu,the glass noodle salad and my tom kha gai soup . I defo would not recommend to use them as take away option or delivery as i seen way better and in fact the no real apology and the we dont care attitude mixed with poor food kinda spoke for it self."

I ordered 19:30 a.m., the food arrived only 20:40 a.m. it was cold, the early rolls were filthy. overall very bad and inedible.

Food was not delivered. Called the restaurant to follow up 1.5 hrs later and they said that they had tried to deliver but nobody was home. We definitely were home. They also had my phone number but did not call. They then refused to send out fresh food for us.. Absolutely atrocious customer service

eat on 18:15 clock ordered. 18:22A call that it will probably take 30 minutes, unfortunately I had to cancel this because the next date was at 19:00! the friendly damm on the phone had understood for it. then 10 minutes later a call, probably the cook I quote: hallo they order with me today and then want nix more because later they come nix more with me order otherwise I suck in their food. that was his word choice! in this sense a good appetit
