"The restaurant is housed in a beautiful, historic building with a charming old-world atmosphere. Despite its upscale appearance, the restaurant is not intimidating and provides a relaxing dining experience. My companion and I found ourselves engrossed in conversation for hours, although the service was disappointingly slow, it was impeccable once it arrived. We had to rush to make it to the theatre on time due to the delayed service. The staff quickly accommodated our situation by bringing the bill promptly and removing the cost of the desserts that never arrived. The salmon rillete starter and sea bream main course were both delicious, however, be aware that ordering vegetables with your main will incur an additional cost. The set menu offers good value, but be prepared for premium prices as the cheapest wine by the glass is £12. Overall, the restaurant provides a lovely dining experience, but be mindful of the expense and the slow service."

We made a reservation through OpenTable and we were not let down. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was top-notch and the wine selection was superb. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

An unexpected surprise the venue is stunning and the location fabulous. Aside from a few glitches with service (more than made up for with free champagne) everything was perfect and the food genuinely delicious. Great value too! Recommended.

What a wonderful experience we had here when we came for pre-theatre dinner get together for a friends birthday. The food was delicious and the three courses and a glass of prossecco excellent value for money. The staff were just the right level of attentive making us feel very welcome and special This is my third visit to the Ten room and i will definitely go back

This was a dual celebration Saturday lunch and certainly met all our expectations. We were the only guests in for lunch which made the room quiet but the service was exceptional right from arrival to finish. It livened up as we were leaving with a party in for afternoon tea. The restaurant is moving and it sounds as if the set menu special with champagne(which was v nice) is stopping so if you are considering try it quick.

We were there for a meal before dinner. The service was painfully slow and unimaginable that we arrived at 5.30, we had not yet our bill at 7.20 when we had to leave. One of our parties did not get the main course she had ordered, but we ran so late until then, and they said it would take 10 minutes to correct the order, so we had to do. The net comes with almost nothing else on the plate so that you get for “pages” stung at £6 a go, make a hohn of the good value pre-theater price and make the experience much less affordable. Very disappointing.
