"we were in a suburb of bilbao and a little tired to eat pintxos (snacks on sticks). about the only restaurant'; (it doesn't deserve this name) was obviously early this pizza chain . there were some locals who were phoned in orders, so we were happy to wait on a table after we had given our order. but the place emptied, and we seemed to be ignored, also by the English-speaking male staff. in that I would go so far to say that the workers were studious to their back on us, and quite unwilling. it was over an hour before we got our food in the food. a really dirty pizza and fries that were actually black at the end. we have made a photo, but have not yet downloaded it from the camera. while we were patient and polite, but I would warm everyone at this place. dreadful and the personal should be retrained with a presentation of what is customer service and quality. big mistake."
