"We visited the Taverne Yia Mas for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. It is a place in a simple, Greek style, without much cubes and tampam, for what is known from Greece. Simple, warm, delicious! The card is not inviting, but contains everything you need. Opulent Zeus , Crete , Hella's plate is dispensed with, for example, the typical potato chips, a dish on the daily menu and delicious Meze plate. As usual in Greece, everything came into the middle of the table and everyone has eaten from everything and everything was really delicious (and plentiful! . The service was cordial, accommodating and yet unobtrusively perfect! For a later hour you can express musical wishes that Jannis fulfills. A nice idea that holiday memories come and, if desired, can certainly promote contact between the guests. Good food, beautiful music and perhaps the one or other conversation with people who do not know each other before, Greek hospitality is lived! We definitely come back!"

Warm atmosphere, nice service and great food! We had only Meze (so appetizers) and they were all really great. Especially the octopus from the grill was as good as I have actually eaten it rarely. From the outside it does not seem, but it is a very great restaurant

The Tarverna Yia mas is a small Greek Tarverne in the centre of Neuss. Traditional Greek cuisine is offered here without the usual grill plates. But with daily changing dishes, where German home cooking is often offered here. The Meze (Tapas) are super delicious and very great for the price.
