"This place located in Italy, right next to lake Luguria. The people attending you are very friendly as the OWNERS even work with the servers, and we’re very attentive all the time. Things go very smoothly and felt like the OWNERS took more time working than the servers, ensuring truly good quality of service both in the table and the kitchen The FOOD was outstanding, we tried the seafood specialty since they’re located right next to the lake were they get fresh seafood. We also tried the pasta and some of them were different from normal. The fillet/meat section was very delicious. We tried the filleto de Pepe verde which we thought was one of the best we had so far in the trip. When we asked for medium cooking, it was neither too cooked or uncooked, it was better than most restaurants who don’t pay as much ATTENTION and you could still feel the fillet being soft and crispy on the outside edges as well as the blood still being able to be delivered just a tiny bit. The sauce for the meat complemented it perfectly with the texture. They had to put a net around it so the quality of the meat wouldn’t be affected when cooked. The other fact is that the ATTENTION is way better since it is managed by the OWNERS. The food QUALITY increases and so does the SERVICE. In conclusion, the owners made the service better and made sure it was going well to their standard kept for many years. TRULY a great Italian traditional family place. They made sure you were attended quickly unlike some Italian place were you usually are at their pace… Should definitely try as the specialty near the sea with FRESH FISH caught in the lake makes it a special place."

Scoperto lo scorso anno e ogni volta che mi capita di trovarmi a Portofino come ieri, non posso non pranzare in questo ristorante! Pesce sempre spaziale e freschissimo! Consigliatissimo!

The service is absolutely horrible they are mean and degrading. The food is ok but nothing special. Don’t even try to come here, just by the service here you want to leave and the food is not even good, so it’s define you a no in Portofino. DO NOT COME!!

Non si può discutere sulla qualità del cibo e sulla location del locale , da cartolina. Il prezzo rispecchia il luogo e ci sta'. Però servizio frettoloso e un po freddo. Capisco l anno Covid abbia fatto danni, però un po' più di attenzioni farebbero sentire i clienti più benvenuti
