This place is all about burgers. The menu does offer some alternatives but the real reason to go here is for a decent burger.

Though we were a large group without reservation, the staff managed to serve us. They were very precise with the orders and recognized the needs of vegetarians and vegans. The food was tasty. Very friendly staff!

classic burger restaurant with delicious food. I went there with a friend and we had the vegan falafel' burger and the vegetarian helloumni burger. eating was very tasty, but a little expensive. there are two vegetarian and a vegan burger.

This is a place were you can eat specially burgers. The bad thing is that there is no version of the menu in english, but the stuff can help you a little bit. vegan in wetzlar is not simply added, at least as tourist. in tasch on the kornmarkt bounces the vegan*in heart all the more. the Falafel-Burger (with homemade sauce) is highly recommended. each burger can be replaced by meat paddy (then 3€ on price). So everyone should find a burger for themselves. nice personal included. corona: there is even an air filter.

when ordering via burger at the price of 3 euro to the veggie burger, then they get for 14 euro dry brot, the Burger-Patty, a buck mayo, a disc cucumber, wobble and two salat leaves. in principle less for more money. supposedly about burgers are so expensive to buy and to roast briefly in the pan that they must leave the sweet at veggie burger. how to demand 14 euro with good sense, remains a puzzle. I can definitely not recommend this to other vegans. If they mentioned this, even the feeling that they are too stupid to understand the concept they need to get less at the price. So I'd rather starve instead of eating again. Finally, they are punished as vegetarian or vegan or sold for stupid.

It is not easy to find good vegan food in Wetzlar, but Tasch am Kornmarkt is a place worth checking out. The only option you have is burger with fries: Either the vegan burger, which comes with a tasty falaffel patty or the one called veggie burger, which usually has non-vegan aioli on it, but can easily be prepared vegan upon request (they replace the aioli with the mint-tomato pesto from the vegan burger). This second burger does not have a patty, but lots of grilled vegetables on it. The burgers taste really good and prices are reasonable: about 10 EUR including fries (potato or sweet potato fries).
