Beautiful location! Both in front of the house in the sun and back in the yard under the chestnuts. The food is not so great. But there can be a beer/wine/live!

Great location but that is really the only real positive. Food was very mediocre and the service slow beyond belief. I am giving it two but that is being generous.

Couldn’t tell you have the food is because we left after 45 minutes of sitting and trying to waive the server down. Didn’t look our way once. Took 10 minutes just to get a menu. I understand the European service style and typically that doesn’t bother me but this place was ridiculous Voir le carte

Location is great, but food is disgusting. The service is slow and the waiters are like snails who are not interested in anything. They call pizza a piece of dough spread with tomato paste, not sauce. From the greens one tiny piece of basil. It seems like it's the middle of February, not summer

It was not a good experience because of the service. The waiter said first he has no time for giving the internet password. Then for paying he said by card i have to pay on counter while his colleague was taking cards on table. Then he said because he has no time to come with the card machine to table.

We loved our meal which was a shared plate of antipasto. Service was chaotic. Waitress was lovely, but seemed overwhelmed. Forgot our beers, forgot our bill etc. It was a bit too busy for one waitress, so not blaming her. Also, asked for some water and was astonished when we received our bill, and the water cost 8.9 euro for 750ml! We would have been happy with tap water, but wasn't asked. Voir le carte

There are 18 if us here, on three tables. One waiter detailed to serve us. Drinks came reasonably quickly, for first table. The other tables had to keep chasing their drinks. Then the food came, but not what was ordered. First there was some food, then wrong food, then correct food, then more food which was 'surplus due to someone screwing up the order. This is such a beautiful setting but the service is just criminal! Been here often but doubt if I 'll be back.

The location is upstairs. the rest can be forgotten. Arrogant and smiling services fit perfectly with the predominantly snucky guests. Too bad, because the south side in front of the café is ideal for sundrying in a relaxing lunch break, especially on beautiful days in spring and autumn. But unfortunately, the perfect location in the Hofgarten is only used to pick up Touris and Münchner Schickeria. The sustained part of Schickeria goes to the Brenner in Maximilianstraße.

It s a tourist trap. Absolutely bad and chaotic service, low quality . the least worst is maybe pizza margherita, yet with almost no tomato sauce..but cheese only..if you are very hungry, and you want to fill stomach somehow, and you don ' t want to pay crazy prices (18 euro for a plate pasta) go for it....but be prepared to a bad service..there were plenty of waiters standing...but they ignored our table completely....we had to call them several times....including for getting the bill. Summing up: COMPLETE FAIL. Voir le carte
