This restaurant satisfies all your curry cravings. The interior is beautiful and the service is good. I will definitely come back again.

I have never had a better Indian takeaway than this one. I have nothing negative to say at all! The chicken is incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. After being away for a while, we returned to this restaurant and had an amazing evening. The homemade chutneys were delicious and much better than what we've had in other restaurants in town. We chose well for our main courses - I had my favorite jalfrazi with prawns, which was exceptional. It was served with special fried rice that was very tasty. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making our evening splendid.

Used this place for 10 years and recommended many people in the past.Taj provided a fantastic banquet for my partners 40th birthday.for 40 people and then a further banquet night for twenty. This was our go to place once a week on top of this. I place an order from there tonight and it arrives 25mins late, cold and burnt. I speak over the phone but they do not care and then the guy hangs up on me.. Well you have guessed it, bye bye no more business from me. Very clean, friendly staff and mostly well cooked and tasty food. I would return if only for the sweet buttery delicious onion bhajis and the delicately flavoured chicken tikka. I suspect its hit and miss but the dishes are mostly of a high standard, well seasoned and not greasy or over-spiced. I found the chips to be a little dry, additionally the tarka daal was flavourless, almost as if they had boiled the lentils, thrown in some coriander and dished it up. Of all the restaurants in the area I would say they are probably the best as, similarly, the tarka daal from biggles lounge in biggleswade can vary from watery to thick porridge depending on who makes it.
