the taste was quite authentic. the selection is like many other Indians in Europe. 19:00 in the evening (weekday) not too busy so we could take care of more.

It was good food but not special, for the price we paid I was hoping for more., The oompf in the dishes we ordered was missing. Will give it another go in a month or what.

I went to 19 feb on my destruction and I ordered for stater with somosa and chiken pkora. then we had food that was so delicious. we enjoyed very much. tajmahl in far is the best for Indian taste Voir le carte

This place is just amazing! The food is unbelievable and the service excellent! My family and I don't speak German so we just chose randomly and all 4 plates were beyond delicious (2 lambs and 2 chickens plates). I loved this place!

Went here with a group of friends to try our local restaurants. This one was not disappointing: service was friendly, enough choice and good quality food. To be sure didn't go for a very sharp dish (madras) but expected it a little bit spicier`. On...a Wednesday evening, we were the only ones: based on our experience you expect more people. We will come again and try other (spicier) dishes.

Well, the food although a limited choice was good. The options for rice was limited to Basmati which came with every meal. The restaurant let itself down by the service. 3 customers had entered the premises after we had arrived and for some reason they...were served first? We noticed that some Clientèle were becoming inpatient with the waiter and resorting to going direct to the bar to order drinks. I would go back, as I guess it was down to someone having a bad day. Poppadoms and sauces (for starter) were excellent and so was the crispy naan bread. Had the tandoori mixed dish, which had chicken, veal, fish and a shrimp. Although nicely cooked, I did not like the fish and shrimp much in this tandoori setting (chicken was...great). A pity that it was not possible to order a menu for one person, so you could have some of the different tasting dishes, for which Indian is famous. Could only find this mixed grill and all tastes like tandoori...

So decent Indian restaurants in Germany are unheard of. For twenty years, expats have complained about the lack of authenthic indian continent food. So the menu didn't impress. The use of paisley pink did remind me of the and there are no side dishes.. something I suspect don't exist in German-Indian restaurants as the locals don't do "sides". Here we a have a strange experience for a Londoner, a place that looks and feels like a regular German restaurant but that serves very good Indian food. The place is spacious and colourful, the service prompt and friendly. The menu is extensive and as...it goes they use the English terms for the dishes with a German translation. So something like Onion Bhaji gets translated into about 20 words : I has some vegetable samosas to start which were very big and tasty. probably one each would do. I had Lahori Chicken for mains.
