He probado casi todos los platos de la carta. Empezando por el flamenquín que podría asegurar es el mejor de Córdoba. Buen lomo, buen jamón y muy bien frito. En resumen: excelente. El bacalao frito, sin ser una novedad, se presenta con un salmorejo de pimientos del piquillo, que lo hacen único. Si tienes suerte de que fuera de carta te ofrezcan venado, acéptalo, no te arrepentirás. Pero lo mejor, lo que está fuera de serie, son las croquetas. Caseras, melosas casi líquidas, con rebozado crujiente. No se pueden hacer mejor ni estar mas buenas.
