Located opposite Intercity Hotel Ostbahnhof and just at the entrance of Ostbahnhof, Subway offers fantastic options through the day and for breakfast as well. Something they have recently added is Avocado which you can add to any sub for a small charge. They use new...gloves for each sub and as a vegetarian, that is a source of huge comfort to me.

The bloke making the sandwiches was going nuts with his cross contamination, throwing cheese and salads back in the containers and missing while wearing gloves with pieces of chicken on them. The sandwich itself was gross, the bread was stale and the ingredients tasted nasty....Both guys working were cranky teenagers, who frankly shouldn't pursue there careers in sandwich artistry as they lack the talent.
