We ordered Take-away at Subway today. 1 time gluten-free was prepared and 2 times Chicken-Terryiaki. Lief smoothly and despite masks there were no communication difficulties. Thanks to gluten-free subs, my daughter has a chance to stop the quick appetite.

For years happy and rated 5 stars!After our last visit we were very disappointed. We ordered 3 Footlong menus as we used it from the past with PET bottles. That was not a problem with the first demand. We have paid almost 43,00€. I've hacked on how this price comes. The cashier could not give me an adequate answer, the other colleague must have disturbed the demand. She cried out the patty answer: Because of the PET bottles. No problem for me, but then at least the soft drinks from the menus would have been admitted to me! The package of potato bites was not even half filled and the bites cold and lazy. Über das Essen muss man nichts schreiben - es schmeckt wie in jedem Subway. Da erwartet man ja nichts anderes. Was man jedoch erwartet ist eine Bedienung die zumindest so tut als würde ihr der Job Spaß machen und der Kunde König und nicht Störenfried ist! Wir waren nun schon mehrmals dort und trafen oft neues Personal an welches scheinbar noch "in der Ausbildung" war. Das Chaos entsteht immer an der Kasse weil der, der kassieren soll, entweder das System nicht durchschaut oder nicht mit dem der die Ware belegt kommuniziert. Das führt zu Stau, schlechter Laune auf beiden Seiten und unübersichtlichen Rechnungen (ich kapiere nie was da alles berechnet wird). Alles in allem - in dieser Lage und...

So jetzt hat endlich auch ein Subway in meiner nähe eröffnet, hat lange gedauert aber seit dieser Woche ist endlich soweit !!! Es ist ein prima kleines Lokal mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Personal hinter der Theke ist sehr Freundlich und Schnell. Ich hatte mir einen half Foot Long Italien BMT bestellt auf einem Vollkorn Brot. Aber ich bin der Meinung das ich in Cape Coral oder New York mehr Wurst auf dem Brot hatte. Auch bei den Toppings (Salat,Gurken.Zwiebel etc. greifen die Mitarbeiter nur sehr Zögerlich mit kleinem Händchen in die Schalen, hier musste ich jedesmal sagen : bitte etwas mehr !! was dann auch Problemlos ging.Was hier noch Fehlt ist ein Schild oder Hinweis welches Brot ma...
