All I can say about this place is just avoid at all costs. There was so much wrong with our visit here I don’t even know where to begin. Rude staff, dirty tables (bird poo), terrible service, warm drinks and cold food just about sums...it up.

freeze for dinner, not much warmer to breakfast. pricing confusing. menu not so advertised on web pages. steak chew and not tasty. half tomato only the grill and only one mushroom with chips shown. pudding ok but little choice. in contrast, the breakfast was excellent,...the choices and the well cooked staff friendly helpful.

there met friends to celebrate an evening of the celebration that all crashed on the floor when we realized what a bad choice was made. only a beer that they got at the, the personal they had to go and find if they needed something, most of the menu not available, I wouldn't eat there again if they paid me. avoid, avoid, avoid! I'm amazed to see people leaving bad reviews. My wife and I had a great experience this evening. I love a good burger but restaurants that sell burgers are not renowned for good service. The manager Michael was friendly, warm and attentive and our waitress...Rachel provided good proactive service. The food tasted great and the dessert was heavenly. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately we chose this restaurant out of all of the restaurants in brighton. The service is slow, took 35 minutes to receive our burgers when there was no one else in the restaurant,to then discover my burger was raw which we had to inform the...server as there was no check back to ask how everything was. £12.50 for a burger with no chips or any side! the server took my meal off the bill as i refused to pay for something i couldn’t eat. Really disappointed! won’t be returning!

Did not eat here just a few drinks as part of the hotel but food what we saw looked good. Service not so good, manager had no idea what was going on, kept coming over and saying had to use app but we said we...have and are still waiting for the order, totally useless. Many others were complaining as well. could not believe had to use an app to order the drinks, and they then charge 10% gratuity on each order to bring it to the table, so a pint at £5.45 added 55p and cost £6 every time. do not disturb the menu on the website or what is written on the paper menus, as what they actually serve, only 10% of the listed elements. they are asked to order the app, but everything is different from their original menu....customer service? which customer service? they were useless and rude. it took an hour to receive our ancestors! eating is served on tablets and dirty pills. I wouldn't eat my dog on one. after each customer, no tabs were wiped. sanitizer was not used as. the food was cold. would have been better to go to mcdonald’s

Tried twice to eat here when staying at holiday inn, first day told it was an hour and a half wait for food (hardly fast food) and 40 mins to get a drink. Left in disgust, second day looked quiter so tried again, told somebody...would take our order in 5 mins, half an hour later nobody had so leftagain.it looked overpriced anyway but everywhere else in Brighton had qeues outside. Will never know what it was like and certainly never will as not going back to try for a third time. With **** service would be surprised if it is in business for much longer anyway.

we arrived two hours after opening in the restaurant and we assumed that it was closed because all entrances were closed or locked. we were then greeted after we tried to open the door and said they were open. we have long waited to get our drinks, as no personal was visible in the restaurant. When the food arrived, it was cold. we kindly made the personal aware that our eating was cold after we tried to get their attention when they stood chatting. our food was brought back to the kitchen. waiting after 35 minutes, the staff explained that they forget about eating in the kitchen and that is now cold again. with only one apologies we will not return to this restaurant.
