"Sehr solide! Guter flotter Service, angenehmes Ambiente, besonder auf der Terrasse draussen. Essen recht schnell da, amtliche Portion, sehr solide in Geschmack und Zubereitung. Ich empfehle statt der Knoblauchkartoffeln den Tomatenreis zu bestellen. Man sollte auch telefonisch reservieren, der Laden ist gut besucht. Freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal!"

"beautiful restaurant en good food! had a tomato soup a pizza special and chianti wein. as aperitif a ristretto and amaretto. and a special ingredient! there was a piece of steel brush in my pizza! I showed the restaurant owner, but he reacted indifferent!. in my opinion, I would expect a compensation, but I had to pay the full amount! it was a piece steel approx. 0.4 cm! this piece of steel could lead to some bad complications!"

"Wir waren auf dem Heimweg vom Flughafen dort zum Abendessen. Die positiven Resonancen bei der Suche nach einem Gasthof in Autobahnnähe hat uns dort hin geführt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Man legt Wert auf regionale Produkte und auch an Vegetarier wird in der Karte gedacht. Wir haben uns für Spargel mit Schnitzel entschieden und ein Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Mit 3 Getränken haben wir knapp 35 Euro bezahlt. Als Ordsunkundige mussten wir erst den Parkplatz im "Hinterhof" mit direktem Zugang zum Biergarten suchen. Das Parkplatzschild viel uns erst bei der 2. Vorbeifahrt auf. Wenn wir wieder mal in die Region kommen, machen wir gern wieder einen kleinen Umweg für ein gutes Essen."

"kisto and I had defted to something yesterday after the tour. the Franconian cuisine should be and had to be tried. on Tuesday, this luck was unfortunately not forged, since here in hammelburg almost all restaurants have closed. at least in the German kitchen we found this. in the Roadster group most members eat between at mcdonald 's, but this is not our claim. when we arrived at the hotel after the tour, kisto strolled and I went to the market and met the weingut and weinhotel müller, which also includes a restaurant with typical Franconian cuisine. we wanted to come in here. without reservation it is really hard to eat a place in hammelburg. but there's always something going on. we waited patiently until the waitress had supplied all the guests and had addressed us. we explained to her that we had not reserved ourselves, but it would not have happened if she had a table and would push strange people to it. that a smile in her face enchanted and we immediately got a place on a sixth table. the menus they had already in hand and left them with us immediately. we both thought not long and decided to roast acid, with red cabbage and knocked. kisto got a big beer, and I recommended the house, a strong red domina. No anxiety, dear annoying, not so a dolch in leather with whip, but a strong, dark red wine that tasted very well. the food was excellent, but unfortunately I have to take a star as my red cabbage was cold. before our food came, the waitress put an older couple at our table. very pleasant people. with the man I was very enthusiastic about the American poor in the 50s in hammelburg and the German Bundesswehr today. I've learned a lot that you don't know. despite the cold red cabbage, I can recommend this restaurant."

"Ich war lange Zeit Stammgast in der Alten Wache. Leider war ich bei meinen letzten 2 Besuchen überhaupt nicht mehr zufrieden. Die Pizza war nur zaghaft belegt und schmeckte nicht so, wie ich es von einem Italienischem Restaurant erwarten würde. Sie war keinesfalls schlecht, aber umgehauen hat sie mich auch nicht. Der italienische Salat war vielseitig und schön angerichtet, schmeckte aber nach rein gar nichts. Das aktuelle Personal war meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr aufmerksam. Die Qualität hat meiner Meinung nach (im Gegensatz zu früheren Jahren) stark abgenommen, schade...."
