"The worst service I have ever experienced in years of dining out . Zero accountability from every member of staff, blaming every problem we encountered on a member of staff being trained . Waited mins for a drink after seeing it sat on the bar for mins! Waited a further mins for sharing starter with no plates or cutlery ! Another mins later we were still waiting for mains order to be taken ! Waited again for another drink .Such a shame as the food when we did get it was very nice . The only time the waiters noticed us without us approaching them is when we got up to leave without paying the bill as we waited mins again and the bill never arrived. I settled the bill but refused to pay for any drinks having spent the best part of hours getting ignored. Needless to say we will not be returning to a steak and co restaurant anytime soon. Total shambles from start to finish !!"

we went here before we went to rah. great service, amazing eating (carpaccio bark was simply beautiful) in a good location. very enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend.

really enjoyed eating, the service was good, they explained the menu and allergens thoroughly. the hot stone steak was fantastic. that wait for eating and between the curses was very long, but it was a busy Friday night.

The restaurant was very busy, due to it eing valentines day. We had to wait, although we had a booking but we were given presco while we waited, the service was excellent and the food was superb. Overall a good experience Voir le carte

Excellent halal menu. Fillet steak was lovely. Drinks so so. Crème brûlÃe a disappointment, but this place is all about the steak and that was delicious. Cool vibe and attentive staff. Overall a lovely relaxed dining experience. Worth a visit.

Great venue which was buzzing with atmosphere. Serving staff were really up against it to keep up with demand but they did their best with a smile. Quite a wait between courses which didnât really matter for us, but our year old did not want to wait so long for his ice cream! To be fair, the waiter recognised the wait and knocked the drinks and ice cream off the bill which I obviously thought was great. We are not local, but if we were we would definitely visit again for the steak (delicious) and the atmosphere
