"The surroundings are very pleasant but unfortunately the gentleman that was providing the live entertainment was really pretty bad,however,the staff realising this did not let him play for very long they did go round asking the diners for their feedback. I had ordered meatballs which were cold when they brought them to the table but quickly changed them for me couldn't apologise enough. I found the staff very friendly they really made us smile making our evening very pleasant which I was delighted with as my husband I were treating our friends to dinner to celebrate their anniversary as we do every year. Entertainment aside we all had a very lovely evening. Thanks again."

I have my gran here for something to eat before it went to the theater and it was amazing to eat was delicious, atmosphere was beautiful, immaculate clean and the staff was really friendly, would definitely recommend and wait to come back soon!

After an afternoon out shopping decided to find somewhere nearby to have dinner. Steak and Cherry was a nice clean and friendly establishment, with a good menu choice. Mostly American style diner cuisine but plenty of options and good value for money. I'd certainly choose to go there again if I'm in that area of the city centre.

after the arrival to say they no longer take bookings of open table, the manager huffed and puffed, showed us on a table and practically dirty menus on us. His attitude was attacking, absolutely no customer service of him, who was a shame, like the other employees were very good and that was eating of a good standard. unfortunately we will not return.

Went to the steak and cherry on the 16th April for lunch with my 2 daughters was fantastic from start to finish staff friendly and welcoming, food was soooo good would highly recommend, we used the pre-theatre menu which had plenty choice and was a very good price, service was second to none, can't wait to go back, thank you for making our lunch very enjoyable, hope to see you soon. And the milkshakes have not to be missed

ambiente 5/5 eat 4/5 main course dishes ordered: 1. steak and cherry special burger 2. lachs grilled dessert ordered: gelato in aromen hazelnut chocolate. both had been amazingly boiled and for perfection, no complaining a little on the taste / proportions / or something else. the ice cream was cherry cherry on the cake for me by way of example taste aromen notice that these ice creams are prepared in the house if they are on holiday and try to have different squeezes, then I would recommend this place definitiw.
