Had morning coffee at Starbucks today and my Wife couldn't get over how big the "small mug" was and the coffee was great as well

We stopped in for an afternoon coffee on a Holiday and were so happy they were open. Coffee was great but the wonderful staff was so helpful.

During my stay I visited the place 3-4 times for a quick espresso or a take away coffee. Starbucks always guarantees the same result worldwide . Others may not like it but I do.

Had coffee a few times when I stayed in nearby Best western. It's a typical Starbucks. Nice location, you can take your coffee and walk around as there is an esplanade surrounded by apparel/ fashion shop and restaurants.

I stopped here at the end of a long day of visiting galleries at the Documenta exhibition. Their coffee was great as usual, but more importantly they had a seating area outside in front of the fountains with shade umbrellas and a nice breeze, perfect place for a coffee break in Kassel. Starbucks, can be fun, full of atmosphere etc, and weird, wonderful people. Not this one. The prices are the same (as in high), the staff are, not so helpful. The atmosphere is dry, dull, and holds no character at all. The taste of the coffee has two times been burnt out of three! It is not an authentic Starbucks, well it is, but it does not feel like it, nor does it look like it.There is better coffee available only a few metres away, for half the price, with the same dull , dry, atmosphere, so why pay more!

We visited this starbucks during our visit to its neighbouring shopping center City Point so before my wife went into conquer the shopping center as woman are experts in im sure its a great way to energise yourself beforehand and located perfectly just outside the tramline and shopping center main entrance.The place is mainly local youngsters which in germany i noticed the younger generations in germany are very polite and quiet not like the youngsters in many countries i have been but overall the atmosphere is superb and very laid back and the staff were very fast apart from a little mess on tables but it might have been due to us going in at around 12 lunchtime so maybe a sudden rush might...
