Starbucks - Carte

Only good experiences did not know why so many people write the employees would be unfriendly, for me everyone was always beautiful.

The usual starbucks shop. Decent coffee, decent cakes and food. You get what you expect. Quite high prices compared to other coffee chains in Ulm.

Here is a really great selection of hearty snacks and delicious cakes. Especially the carrot cake with fresh cheese freezing is highly recommended Voir le carte

THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE OPENING TIMES WRITEN OUTSIDE: 09:30 SUNDAY MORNING (26.01.20) NOBODY WAS THERE! EVEN IT SHOULD OPEN 08:00 IF YOU WOULD TRUST THEIR OWN LISTED TIMES...

Was very tasty I got a strawberry drink, only could you make a little more syrup, so make more taste pure because it tasted something after nothing, but nevertheless it is empty

I love Starbucks and their delicious drinks, but I’m a little disappointed in the unfriendly staff. I think that such a strong brand should maintain corporate ethics and select a good and friendly staff for the job. Voir le carte

I like the place, staff is generally nice but as some of the people have already pointed out, only downside is that they have the tendancy to do the orders only partially right. So don't be suprised when you get for example the takeaway cup instead of the regular one.

Starbucks is always our choice while we travel visiting new cities. I tried multiple times a very good and tasty Americano Grande everywhere it tastes good. Except here they prepare a kind of watery goo with a kind of sodium, absolutely terrible taste. This was immediately poured out. I asked to replace, but the same result. They told me Americano is of such taste and I should order Espresso if I need some stronger coffee. What? We will avoid this particular Starbucks.

Had the experience multiple times that I was given a grande when I clearly ordered tall, and as a gold member the free shots of syrup/espresso were charged. Cant help feeling that they are just forcing their sales on you! Especially more annoying when I bring a thermos mug that can only hold a tall! The first time it happened I let them know and let it go, but repeatedly...!? After I get the drink, I am then put in a spot where I have to hold up a long line to get a small change back, which I am too nice to do. My second issue with the place is the incompetence of the order taker. Unless you order something straight off the menu, he gets really confused. It 's not a complex order, my only co... Voir le carte
