We stayed here for four nights, the hotel was exceptional but what we didn't expect to find was the excellent restaurant, brilliant service throughout our stay by Deborah and Savio, the food was good and the josper grill was amazing.

High level of quality customer service given, leading to a enjoyable and relaxed experience. Staff were informative regarding wine and dinner choices, and able to make good recommendations. The food quality was of excellent standard, and the quantity was good.

Service long et commande prise de manière inattentive. Il nous a fallut attendre fort longtemps et devoir aller chercher un serveur pour finalement comprendre que le reste de la commande n’avait pas été noté. Les plats étaient bons mais loin de la finesse attendue. Déçue

Stayed in the hotel for one night and was planning to eat out in Pisa however it was raining so we decided to stay and eat in hotel restaurant. I am glad I did as it was excellent, the soup and lamb are excellent. Big thank you for vincenzo for providing excellent service and suggestions!

We enjoyed a lovely evening mean here. We had flown into Pisa in the evening and were staying at the hotel for one night. We were very grateful for the opportunity to eat at this lovely restaurant. It has a wonderfully chic interior and a lovely garden outside. The food and service were very good.

Wow wow wow, what a fabulous meal..and the all the staff were so incredible..Deborah, Jacob and the wonderful Vincent can't spell the Italian version..sorry Vincent)..from the minute we arrived, the attention to detail was excellent..and so covid conscious..always wiping and masks gloves etc. Thank you all for delicious food, great wines and cocktails, have given us an amazing experience of Pusa and Tuscan food

Voilà plus de 2 semaines que nous parcourons la Toscane et lors d’une nuit étape à l’hôtel San Ranieri, nous avons testé ce restaurant (qui fait partie intégrante de l’hôtel) et en revenons enchantés ! Un service au top, des plats quasi gastronomiques de très belle qualité, des vins sélectionnés avec soins dans une carte bien pensée, un espace jardin très agréable et, last but not least, un tarif raisonnable. Je ne peux résister à traduire mon coup de cœur par la note maximale. Bon appétit !

trovato per caso attraverso la forchetta, avendo notato uno sconto interessante sulla cena. Devo ammettere che la sorpresa era meravigliosa. al piano terra di un bellissimo hotel, con un bellissimo giardino dove siamo stati ospitati. la professionalità, l'educazione e la cortesia del personale, in particolare il debora che ci ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine, ha reso la cena ancora più perfetta. siamo stati in grado di raccomandare un grande chianti per andare con la carne succulente che abbiamo mangiato. piatti deliziosi, valore per soldi più che eccellenti. passaggio obbligatorio se si desidera essere coccolati per il bene.

ristorante straordinario sicuramente, io personalmente da marzo vado spesso è sempre mi trovo grande , ma la notte scorsa sono stato fortemente deluso perché dopo un lungo viaggio arrivato in hotel chiedo di prendere un dessert al ristorante visto ora l'ora e una volta seduto al tavolo chiedo gradire 2 bicchieri perché avevo portato con me un grande de bartoliennale e volevo aprirlo in combinazione con il dessert in attesa di ingoiarlo insieme ai medici che mi hanno salvato bottiglia) Ma scusate che c'è il cosiddetto diritto di fermarci da noi è quasi nel 2022 Volevo punteggiare questo episodio perché in un posto bellissimo come questo dove si mangia veramente splendidamente dove il servizio...
