Sprinkles Gelato - Menu

Lovely Waffles and great ice cream. Can be a bit dirty

Sprinkles is decent, but not particularly impressive. I wish the menu had more updates than just the prices.

delicious creamy gelato with a lot of aromas for every taste. on a hot day in southampton, this is the place to be!

were perfect and the food was so delicious! the setup loved it, it was private enough in our stand, although there were some tables full.

a huge selection of ice creams that are yam and another great selection of waffels and crepes and pancakes. eating was delicious, but also very sweet and sick. my waffel defeated me halfway, so unless they are an American escort not greedy as I am!

We wanted ice cream, but as soon as we saw it we immediately changed our minds, the ice cream was old and with an obvious skin on it !!! Orrendus!!!!!! So we decided to order two crepes.... 17,00£ and they just put chocolate on top, not inside .... The place was dirty. We'll never come back.

The restaurant was amazing in every way, but unfortunately we brought a French bulldog puppy with us. At first, the staff seemed happy to see the puppy and smiled, but as soon as we paid our bill, they suddenly frowned and informed us that dogs were not allowed. When we mentioned that we were celebrating my birthday, they rudely responded that they didn't care and demanded that we leave or they would call the police. It was a terrible experience.

This review isn't about the food, but rather the poor service from a middle-aged staff member. His rude demeanor suggests a lack of understanding of customer service. Despite a swift transaction transferring money to my online account, his disrespectful behavior overshadowed the experience. Management should review CCTV footage from April 13, 2024, for validation. The staff member's attitude towards serving food, as if it were a favor, was off-putting. His rude gestures towards the payment machine were unnecessary. Overall, his behavior was unacceptable and may deter me from returning.

I ordered two teas with milk. The waitress carried one cup each and I also had to ask for milk each time for each cup, so the waitress came four times just to serve the tea. And in general, tea could be served in teapots like in all self-respecting cafes. The waffles with fruit were delicious, but I really didn't like the fact that the white chocolate syrup and fruit were frozen (although they could have asked me if I wanted it that way). So instead of enjoying warm waffles with milk chocolate flowing and ice cream melting on top, I had to gnawing that frozen chocolate (which was sticking in my teeth) and fruit and eat a cold waffle. I'm not even talking about the worn and dirty cutlery...
