Sprinkles Gelato - Carte

Good dessert. Strawberry jar and brownie gelato in a cone are the best. They have takeaway options as well.

Everytime we order from sprinkles the wrong order turns up or we don’t even receive it!! It’s really disappointing and we have given it so many chances now and we certainly won’t be revisiting Voir le carte

What a great selection of real ice cream. From Cherry to salted caramel to Jaffa cake to Brownie and these are just the ones we had. The service was a little slow but very generous portion sizes. Will certainly return.

Sprinkles choc chip cookie dough is outrageously good!! So is their ice-cream and milkshakes. We’ve been to sprinkles numerous times now and have never disliked the food or been disappointed. Staff are not the friendliest. The place needs a real makeover and a good scrub. Would still recommend but would advise getting a takeout!

It was a delivery to cheer my daughter at Uni I am in London) Khalima was super star I rang after placing the order and she packaged the gelato beautifully and had it delivered super fast never had such exceptional service ever for Uber delivery thank you if I could give more than 5 on this occasion I would have a credit to portswood , Southampton , sprinkler . thank you Voir le carte

I’m hoping the boss reads this and takes note. In school holidays and at 3pm please don’t let teenager staff/ family member put music on… lyrics with F##k her good on repeat is not acceptable!!! The girl was rude to my husband when he politely asked for the music to be changed, not only was the girl rude to him but decided to stand next to the counter and glare at us while we finished our food. What a sad way to treat a family knowing they came in celebrating their daughters birthday

Many of the gelatos were missing their labels making choice difficult. One ice cream was presented but the other one was the wrong flavour. My husband pointed out that the wrong flavour had been served. The staff member looked visibly irritated and made no apology. He did replace the icecream to the correct flavour but served a very small amount. We supported the Sprinkles Gelato since it opened but standards have fallen. The prices have risen very considerably. The presentation of the icecream is messy with labels missing and the service falls far short of professional standards. Don't think we shall return.

AWFUL customer service… the rudeness from the cleaner (Ola/or Olga) when we sat down at a booth that was cleaned she was so rude to us as said the chairs at wet and raised her tone. We told another staff member who just went and hugged the cleaner and talked about us the whole time. Never have I been out to eat and been spoken to like that. There was a guy worker who was kind to us though that changed the waffle as it was overcooked and cold. I placed a complaint on Sprinkles in September regarding this, they have said it’s been passed to Portswood store manager.. I’ve had NO REPLY! Would I recommend this place… ABSOLUTELY NOT … Go to another sprinkles that have good customer service. Voir le carte
