Liked the place but didn’t know we had to book so we ended up watching the match standing which was tiering

Great venue! We had great drinks. Great food . Great fun. Lots of tvs to watch sports. Great time had by all!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I ordered burgers with fries and wine, and the service was quick with friendly and talkative staff. The atmosphere was really enjoyable, with great music and sports on the TV. Voir le carte

We booked buffet lunch for 25 service users and volunteers from our charity. We had an excellent time and tasty, plentiful food for a very good price. The Manager, Warren was friendly and helpful. All the staff were also welcoming to people with a range of disabilities. Thank you All Headway North West London

This restaurant is terrible. They charged me £7.95 for a pint and when I asked why, they showed me a notice saying they can do that during special events. How is that fair? I had just been in Canary Wharf where pints were around £6-£6.50. They consider any night with a sports game on TV as an event. I will not be returning to this place.

We came to watch the Rugby WC Ireland vs NZ. When we arrived the bar had made an error with our booking, thankfully this was fixed in a reasonable time. The rugby was being played in a dedicated fan zone, and the volume went out on the tv, thankfully also fixed rapidly after I saw management about it. We ordered drinks from our table which did not arrive for over 15 mins, at which point I had to go to the bar and order them again anyway. I also ordered food (1kg chicken wings) and was delivered a sides plate of cauliflower wings. After going back to the bar to replace the order, the staff said there was limited food and we would not receive what we ordered. Overall, not a great first experie... Voir le carte

4 of us visited yesterday ahead of a sporting event we'd tickets to. We found a table and used the app to order brunch at 11.15 am. Sometime after 12, there was no sign of our order and we had to leave to get to our event. A party of 4 next to us had been waiting well over an hour for their order and I spoke to someone else who'd been waiting longer than us. We realised that none of had seen any food come out of teh kitch for quite some time and other than 2 bar staff who were super busy serving at the bar, there was no other member of staff to talk to about this. So, £70 down for 4 chicken burgers and fries !!! but no chicken burgers or fries to be had. I've phoned 3 times and left 2 messag...

I made a reservation online for this bar at 11:15am to watch the Women's England vs Colombia match. They required a £10 deposit per person, which I paid. I also pre-ordered a bucket of beer for our group. When we arrived, the bar was empty and we were given the worst table downstairs. I requested to move upstairs to the Heineken room, where the staff kindly accommodated us. Unfortunately, when I asked for the pre-ordered beers, they had no record of it and didn't have the specific brand I had requested. It took 45 minutes to receive our first round of drinks after much hassle. The second round took another 45 minutes, causing us to miss most of the game. We ended up not using the £30 deposit...

I 've been going to the Sports Bar and Grill for many years, usually when I 'm on my way to watch something at Wembley. I was aware of their practice of Event Pricing , where they raise the prices when there are events at Wembley, but I was surprised at the cost of a Pint of Lager served in a Plastic Container at £7.95 and one brand of beer costing £8.50 a pint. It says something when having a drink inside the stadium is cheaper than a bar that 's a 10-minute train ride away. The next point I would like to make is their app ordering process. I 've got used to ordering by app, and I 'm happy using it, but the last few visits to the Bar, where I have used the app, are now the cause of a standi... Voir le carte
