"Passed this place first night on hols and then saw on trip advisor and thought we’d give it a try. So very glad we did. Best spaghetti I’ve tasted and as a sole main course menu option it doesn’t disappoint in the myriad of ways it’s creatively delivered! Starters were varied we had the baby octopus in a gorgeous tomato sauce. Como secondo I plumped for the creamed courgette and shell-on prawns and my husband for the dreamy Gorgonzola and red cabbage option Omg so good!!! Filling but didn’t leave you feeling carb overload as some pastas can do. The wine menu here is extensive and very well chosen. I was recommended a Sardinian Red that was very moreish … The staff here are lovely, very attentive and make you feel very welcome as soon as you step over the door. I think it’s a Sardinian thing but here too we were made to feel a part of their food in the best of holiday ways; not just another passing tourist but more good friends that have dropped by for dinner. Had to do a dessert here, just to see … and the pistachio truffle that tastefully arrived was ‘simply delicious’ Enjoyed this meal so much we’ve booked again. Recommend reserving ahead as I think this place is pretty popular and not hard to see why."

"Ogni volta che andiamo a Santa teresa non può mancare una visita da Thomas. Questa volta sono state due, per una serie di fortunate coincidenze. La prima sera siamo arrivati alle 23.20 e ci hanno puntualmente accolto. Abbiamo gustato come antipasto una selezione di salumi e formaggi locali, molto originale, succulenta ed elegantemente presentata accompagnata da miele e confetture di frutta. Uno spaghetto grano Felicetti con gamberi e scampi: qualità e cottura della pasta perfette, condimento ottimo, da leccarsi le.dita. Per secondo Abbiamo preso la regina del mare, una bella aragosta alla catalana, sapientemente cucinata e presentata in un coreografico accostamento con pomodori e cipolle. Da bere una bottiglia di Trento doc Ferrari, acqua, caffè e un Laphroig. La seconda sera abbiamo ordinato un plateau di crudi, completo di muscoli, fasolari, cannolicchi, ostriche, gamberi, scampi, julienne di seppia, tagliata di dentice, tutto freschissimo e di livello. Una caprese di gambero, una bellissima orata di mare da un chilo, al forno con patate e pomodorini: squisita. Come Dessert il buonissimo yellow. Una bottiglia di Franciacorta Chardonnay Pinot nero, acqua,caffè e un Laphroig. Conti in linea con la grande qualità e preparazione del cibo, oltre alla professionalità del servizio che è stato impeccabile e all'altezza delle aspettative. Ovviamente straconsigliato"

"I and my friend, where I was looking for a place to eat in santa teresa at 15.00 and Mediterranean was open! they welcomed us very kindly. they were very friendly and always there for our all the needs during the meal, without being intrusive....We ate an excellent appetizer (oktober and maischkartoffel, excellent! crisp on the outside and soft on the inside). as the second cure we chose two tagliatelle with red garnel, mush and black truffle cream and the other with mush, mush and bottarga. delicious! with the brot we were also offered a gourmet focaccia with salt and crumbs that corresponded to our appetizers. the location is treated in detail, elegant and pleasant. the staff is friendly and great at their job. the costs correspond to those of restaurants on the island to go back."

"BUON COMPROMESSO, OTTIMO SERVIZIO. In questo locale si spende quanto altri di S.Teresa, mangiando più e meglio. Porzioni abbondanti, servizio buono, personale gentile e disponibile. Sorprende positivamente che non facciano pagare il coperto. Le cozze al sugo e la pasta ai frutti di mare freschi, ma troppo oleosi. Questo aspetto della cucina, che mortifica i sapori, fa perdere una stellina che metterebbe al top questo locale per qualità prezzo. Ottimi gli gnocchetti galluresi e le patatine fritte (quelle vere). Anche le insalate soddisfano per ricchezza e freschezza. Non abbiamo provato i secondi. Delude un po ' il frutto di calamari, non freschissimo. La cucina non si può definire 'sarda ': i cuochi sono filippini."

"Very good dinner and service was good. I wanted to try the catch of the day, looking for fresh seafood. I got to pick the fish I wanted to eat which was great! The price however is given per 100g. They charged 500g ie. 37.5€ for a fish filet with 5 mussels and clams, no sides no nothing apart for 2 ridiculous tomato cherries. Seriously overpriced for at the end only 100g of fish meat you get to eat and not filling at all. My partner had a pizza which was very good and other tables had big dishes of pasta for reasonable price which I regretted not taking. Disappointed by the inconsistency and nonsense of the plates/ price."
