Love this eat in/ healthy takeaway. Great knowledgable staff led by the fabulous Pauline. Great food coffee. Staff always friendly welcoming a much needed addition to Clevedon.

This cafe is brilliant. Not only does it serves good food for anyone who has allergies. But the staff are really knowledgeable giving good advice to help me choose foods and recipes I can try. I am on a lchf (low carbs high fat diet. Voir le carte

Overall Customer experience was poor. Only popped in while waiting to meet a friend.. Long wait for service and coffee lukewarm at best.. I would’ve brought this to their attention, however, the costumer before me had beaten me to it.. how this place gets repeat business is beyond me?!?

I’ve eaten here several times love the food , however on the last 2 occasions the service has been lacking , long waits, incomplete order, warm coffee. I wouldn’t have minded too much but we only ordered toast and spread waited ages . There were only 2 other tables occupied both waiting for food. I hope they can sort staffing out as I really love this place .

eating paleo often means that food in restaurants are plain boring and non inviting Sow and Arrow have put the flavour back into eating out for me the food is amazing and the staff are the best, supporting the owner and chef to accomplishes a warn inviting and educating meal out. I cannot recommend enough even if you are not eating a specific diet give it a go you can eat cake and not feel naughty as its made with fresh healthy ingredients who'd have thought it. my favourite place to eat Voir le carte

We had to sit down wait while the boy on till took ages to take the order from the person before us. We ordered our meals which also took too long then he got the order wrong. It took 20 mins for breakfast to arrive, even though there is limited choice on menu. The place was only third full so can't see why it took so long. There were 4 noisy children alone on a table. It transpired their father worked there. The breakfast was basic the toast horrible. The butter was rock hard even though they had been open 2 hours. We won't be going again!

I have never eaten in such a healthy type restaurant before, and was a bit worried it might not be my thing. How wrong could I be? The menu was inspiring We had their version of KFC chicken with a coconut coating and delicious salads, whilst also reassuring with things like full breakfasts and shepherds pie on offer. The dessert/cake selection also delicious. We had chocolate brownies made with potatoes Sounds weird, but tasted amazing. The food had great flavours, and was sooooooo fresh. Small seating area, with friendly and knowledgable staff. Great lunch and am definitely going again (and again)!

Who would have thought this little gem of a cafe could exist in Clevedon? An eatery where meat eaters can sit down with vegans or vegetarians, knowing that the food will be equally delicious… and they seem to be able to deal with food intolerances and allergies too. The chefs Nic and Denise are superb, creating good quality, tasty food with fabulous flavours. The service was great very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive. The coffee was perfect with options for dairy free or organic milk and a selection of gluten free sugar free diary free and raw chocolate treats for afters. I can’t wait to go back to try out more… If you like good quality food, made with love, this is the place! Voir le carte
