"Very busy but lunch came on time. Nice meal. We went on a Wednesday had look online was 2 for 1 on that day for meals over £7.95. When we got the bill i queried it as it was more than it should...have been. Waitress said that they had stopped this offer a while ago since doing take aways. I explained that it was still online to her reply was “ oh I’ll tell him to take it off”. Staff are very polite helpful cannot fault them. But people will come here because of different meal deals management obviously need to sort their website."

reasonable price and good quality eat them do not try to be something, it is not, but the natives know his jewel!

We sat outside for coffee and cakes. They were very tasty. It does get busy and there aren't a lot of staff , so don't be in a rush.

We had a look around the extensive garden centre before hitting the tea rooms. There were a plethora of homemade cakes to choose from. The cakes were delicious. As it was a warm day we sat outside in a small marquee which was great. Voir le carte

Now allowed to see grandchildren in the garden, 1st time in a year. So got afternoon teas. They were absolutely fantastic. Fresh cooked scones, generous fillings in the sandwiches perfect cakes. It made our day even more special. Thank you so much xx

good selection menu available see photo. clean looked by very friendly people. the food is served to be made table reservations. tasty snacks as well as nourishing meals were in evidence. good parking near the restaurant. thank you for your warm welcome.

we went on Sunday at 2 o'clock. a table had the brat, which looked huge. another had the afternoon, the tasty looking cake included! we had the suppe, fresh made sandwiches and vegan sausages and mashing. the staff was courteous and...efficient there were seating inside and outside and the place was spotlessly clean. visit them regularly on a Sunday for coffee and a cake, but always disappointed in the waiting queue for the coffee shop. only one person who picks orders, makes drinks, takes cake with the money, keeps everything up. all employees work very hard,...but only another person who gets the drinks out, etc would make it just much more efficient. I ran away this week, as some others have done!

A nice treat for Sunday lunch. Excellent food, meat (beef or pork) was tender, roasts, mash and yorkshire puddings were great, plenty of veg and lovely onion gravy. Other food options available. Plenty of desserts on offer, apple crumble, cornflake tart, butterscotch tart, biscoffe cheesecake...(these were just on our table) all homemade, with a choice of custard, cream or ice cream. Would highly recommend.
