"After I saw pictures on the sotto Facebook page of eating, I tried it. I had annoyed my partner for months. so on Saturday night we and another couple thought we would go for tee before we had a cocktail night in the city. the service was quite disappointing, it was quite busy, but not pushed by the feet and there were several workers on to 5/6 I think. our drinks lasted long until we were finished, and when we finished them, tried to draw the waiter attention to another drink, was a chorus. Several employees went past the table and didn't think to take our glasses and the wine glasses on the table, so it just looked creepy. our food took very long until we had come; with two other tables that came after us, we were served! what we had to have been to a man who had to have been the shift manager, and he answered by apologising and that he had to work with "an old staff today at night". one of the waitresses was a young girl who just stood around and didn't do much and we had to ask her to take away our glasses. we were almost finished with our second amount of drinks when our food finally came. the presentation was beautiful, unfortunately my carbonara wayy had to garlic in so that I could not eat everything. my partner had a pizza that was absolutely amazing, but the basic was quite soggy, I guess because fresh tomats are used in the sauce that is understandable. the bill was not too bad and we had another round drinks instead of pudding. the whole evening was good, drinks were also tasty and cheap, as cocktails go, but the service was disappointing and the eating was subduing. I will probably not rush back soon"

I have visited Sotto multiple times now and have never been disappointed. The food and service have always been outstanding. I will definitely be returning again.

by far one of the best meals I had. it's a past since I ate at sotto last, but after such a fantastic experience I will definitely be back soon and the personal was friendly and attentive

birthday dinners, unfortunately we were disappointed by the quality of the food. it was our first time at sotto and we were happy to see how we heard cheap reports. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met.

Date night hubby had the pulled pork and love it. I had the salmon with the prawns and rice it was very nice. Lovely atmosphere, service was a slow at times but overall a good experience. We would definitely go again thank you

We have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the food and ambiance. The menu is small but features delicious, freshly prepared dishes. The staff is welcoming and attentive. You won't be disappointed if you choose to eat here.

8 people in the venue including us. Took an age to be seated. Took ages to be asked about what we would like to order. Was given the wrong starter. My fish main was announced as chicken. Last part of my pint taken like it was finished without questioning if it was ok to clear. Service just so poor. Will not be going back

The restaurant had stunning and trendy decor, but we were let down by the food. My spaghetti aglio e olio had an overwhelming amount of chili and the seeds were not removed. My friend's rigatoni pollo funghetto was lacking in flavor. Our desserts, sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake, seemed to have been left out for too long as the ice cream had melted and my pudding was not hot when brought to our table.
