Solive is a wonderful winery and restaurant. Most everything on the menu is grown or raised on the estate. Excellent quality food and wines at very reasonable prices. along with its regular evening and weekend menu, Solive has a business lunch offering daily for €12 that includes a first and second course including wine, bread, bottled water and coffee, all served on linen tablecloths, in a beautiful picturesque setting in the heart of Franciacorta.

This is an old working farm converted to a restaurant a number of years back, and boy did they do a good job, the buildings are traditional, or modern traditional, and the food is excellent, the location is wonderful in the middle of the vin yard, and I am told by those in the party that had it, that the tiramisu is a bit special. There own wines are also very drinkable, and its not expensive, this explains why the carpark is full for mid week lunch even in Italy!!. Voir le carte
