The food was excellent, well balanced with a lot of taste, every 4-5 times I went there. The staff is warm and friendly. Very recommended!

We are here several times in the past, the food was always good. Such a shame its now shut down, we believe they have a restaurant in Palma Paseo Maritimo!

Delicious Indian food! You can specify how sharp you want it, and the staff was friendly and helpful! Very recommended Indian restaurant! Cobra beer is fantastic, and the mango ice cream to finish it...mmmmmm

There's not a lot of places to eat in the area if you don't like sea food and we just happened to stumble on Sitar, its always a good sign when the poppadoms are really fresh and the whole meal didn't disappoint, it was so good we went back 2 days later and were again very impressed.

Went there with a bit of skepticism about the authenticity and quality of food. Went with a reservation because I learned the nice places will be occupied by smokers! The food was good close to authentic. Better than many places try to make Indian food and advertise as Authentic! Location 8/10 Staff 9/10 ambiance 9/10 Food 8/10 Return Yes Recommend Yes.

found this place just around the corner at the rear of the Hotel Curiat Jardi and thought why not. It was quiet as it was late in the season but the food was great as was the service. Been to Palma 3 times and been to this place twice every time. Clean plates every time, I prefer to sit inside as when outside you get the smell of petrol a lot from passing cars.

This is our 4th visit and each time Harry the smiley friendly manager goes out of his way to make our meal special...always happy to chat and cannot try harder to please...we have tried various dishes and they are all stunning and massive portions ...harry treated us to an authentic chicken on the bone dish which wasnt on the menu and offered to cook it for us again if we phoned a few hours before ...dont miss out on this beautiful dining experience

As a Brummie a regular visitor to the Balti Triangle m Birmingham, let me tell you that The Sitar is Fabulous up there with the best. Not the usual spiced lumpy gravy passed off at some impostors, this was true Indian food as we have come to love, Whether it be Chicken or Lamb the chunks of meat were tender and huge. Poppadoms. naans and starters were all spot on. Service was excellent and great value for money, a third of the price paid the night before at a close by fish restaurant. So good we went two nights running. NO TO BE MISSED
