The food was excellent, well balanced with a lot of taste, every 4-5 times I went there. The staff is warm and friendly. Very recommended!

We are here several times in the past, the food was always good. Such a shame its now shut down, we believe they have a restaurant in Palma Paseo Maritimo!

We visited tonight around 8pm and it was empty..by 9 it was full..no wonder absolutely amazing food ..service excellent..atmosphere relaxed. .toilets immaculate..2 amazing starters and nains 2 sides and naan and 6 Beers €60 ..cant wait to go again

There's not a lot of places to eat in the area if you don't like sea food and we just happened to stumble on Sitar, its always a good sign when the poppadoms are really fresh and the whole meal didn't disappoint, it was so good we went back 2 days later and were again very impressed.

Have been to this restaurant on many occasions and the food has always been fantastic. The owners and staff are very attentive nd welcoming. Also they do takeaways and because we can never eat everything they Pack our remainders for later this restaurant is highly recommended try it and enjoy hope this helps your visit.. Voir le carte

Went there with a bit of skepticism about the authenticity and quality of food. Went with a reservation because I learned the nice places will be occupied by smokers! The food was good close to authentic. Better than many places try to make Indian food and advertise as Authentic! Location 8/10 Staff 9/10 ambiance 9/10 Food 8/10 Return Yes Recommend Yes.

found this place just around the corner at the rear of the Hotel Curiat Jardi and thought why not. It was quiet as it was late in the season but the food was great as was the service. Been to Palma 3 times and been to this place twice every time. Clean plates every time, I prefer to sit inside as when outside you get the smell of petrol a lot from passing cars.

As a Brummie a regular visitor to the Balti Triangle m Birmingham, let me tell you that The Sitar is Fabulous up there with the best. Not the usual spiced lumpy gravy passed off at some impostors, this was true Indian food as we have come to love, Whether it be Chicken or Lamb the chunks of meat were tender and huge. Poppadoms. naans and starters were all spot on. Service was excellent and great value for money, a third of the price paid the night before at a close by fish restaurant.
