Zero stars, a dirty and dilapidated place, small and dirty room, no one present at the reception, narrow and dirty stairs, broken sofas with holes from which the padding comes out, in short, not to be recommended!! Voir le carte

Health hazard This hotel is rather disappointing there’s so much mould in the bathroom, there’s no toiletries and unfortunately the temperature and state of our room was on par with the service which was non existent. The girl in the bar was lovely though.

Terrible hotel. Poor cleanliness and a lot of neglect. Broken lobby sofas. Restaurant closed for breakfast only after 9am. Shower with mould. Wi fi does not reach the rooms. Extremely uncomfortable mattress. Staff not present. In short, everything is poor. Rooms: 1

very nice polite manager and bar staff, hubby had fantastic breakfast he said, nice evening meal, only downfall the rooms and hotel need complete overhaul, very dated basic rooms, the beds were very uncomfortable and didnt get much sleep, the bedroom door didn't shut properly and very dark dingy room shame it would make a lovely pub and hotel Voir le carte

Paid £65 for just 1 night on a quick business trip up to Kingussie. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean with fresh white bedding. Breakfast is available, though I left too early in the morning to sample it. Overall, it's a decent place to spend a night or two. Booked a table for the restaurant, we was seated for all of two minutes before we left , it's a dive , the place is absolutely filthy, stinks , someones old gym bag sat in the restaurant are , no wonder it was dead in there . Absolutely awful , was really awkward telling the bar lady that we actually wasn't going to order in fact we were leaving. Avoid at all costs it's really really dirty ! Service: 1

In the heart of Kingussie, this hotel had some nice surprises in store for us. A simple and warm welcome, a spacious room, with comfortable beds, hot drinks and cleanliness. The bar is hidden behind it and the evening spent allowed us to spend one of our best moments in Scotland: a real pub with a fantastic Scottish atmosphere.
