"6 of us went into a group. After reading the small print on the menu, which is said: “Our cooks will change the food for allergens” (or dare to) I asked a burger with white brot instead of a sesame seed beer to categorize for my sesame allergy. the waiter explained that a change of the brotes is somehow not possible and I was asked to change my order. I changed my order to steak, cooked with medium. the group all ordered simultaneously (a tapas type starter for the table, a main and 3 sides pommes). my friend saved her burger half an hour before everyone else came to eat, and the tapas star came out after 5 of the main dishes came out. my steak came 15 minutes after all others to which point the person had ended with the burger. I had to look right into my steak (which was black on both sides) and it was obviously overcrowded. I said to a waiter who agreed that it was not a medium-cooked steak, it was adequately apologetic and took it back. I then had the joy that 2 other employees come (fast aggressiw) tell me that I was wrong and that it was medium. that wasn't it. they bought me a menu and told me not to order the steak again. So I ordered bolognese because I know that pasta is fast to make, and we have been in the restaurant for over an hour. it took 20 minutes to get out and was average. Overall, I was very disappointed by this experience. my whole group said how disproportionate prices were on the quality of food. €24 for a burger that was described as standard. 2/3 of the staff we met were rude. that's been eating forever to get out. the toilets had paper towels all over the floor. the only good part was the view. go better to la cabane, where eating 2x is better for half price."

Handy place to stop off. Only had a coffee which was very expensive but ok. Quite modern interior and seems popular with the younger crowd.

Burger joint with a decent menu with out amazing. the chips were really nice and crispy. a big thing we had here was that the card machine didn't work, so it was just a card. it was the only place where we went on our vacation. where there was no table service that we found a little annoying.

Ce n'est certainement pas l'endroit le moins cher pour manger dans la station, mais la montée de nuit, la vue imprenable, le service chaleureux et le retour à la maison sur la piste signifie que c'est une expérience très différente et que cela vaut la peine de dépenser quelques euros de plus pour un repas délicieux.

great food and good attention to ingredients. we liked most of all the highest poulet and the burgers. for children the menu is good (as always a bit expensive as everywhere in alpe d’huez), pasta bolognese have a great taste, but the pasta carbonara is disappointing....Great view. a must reserve for lunch. great service.

Great location but you'll need to get a chair lift ride up. IMPORTANT: Restaurant in two parts Top notch upstairs with fast food down. We didn't try the fast food. Upstairs lift (top floor) is the full restaurant experience, don't get confused with...the fast food reviews! Had the best Steaks, that we have had for years (UK US), that were washed down with an excellent red wine. Finally the amazing chocolate dessert. Perfection.

We booked a reservation for 14 of us. The reservation was confirmed by text message to us. The owner then rang us last night too confirm todays reservation. We turned up on time. No reservation! We showed the text message and we showed his recent...phone call logged. Please don't waste your precious time booking a reservation here. These people don't know how to operate a simple booking. We took our business elsewhere. we shall never return.

La nourriture était superbe, MAIS bien que le serveur ait répété "Burger Rossini" lorsque nous avons commandé, mon mari a reçu un hamburger normal. Aucune excuse de la part du serveur. J'ai dû demander une carafe d'eau 3 fois ! Nous avons demandé l'addition mais elle n'est jamais arrivée, donc je suis allée payer...à l'intérieur. Pour un déjeuner coûteux, le service laissait sérieusement à désirer. De plus, juste au moment où notre repas est arrivé, la dame à la table juste à côté de nous a allumé une deuxième cigarette en avalant la fumée, nous avons tenté de la faire arrêter ou de s'éloigner pendant que nous mangions, en vain. De plus, ne venez pas si vous n'aimez pas voir un chien courir...

Nous avons mangé deux fois au restaurant (pas à la zone de restauration rapide) en une semaine, une fois au soleil sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue fantastique. Nous avons pris le plateau de tapas à partager et le café gourmand qui étaient tous deux fantastiques, et le personnel était sympathique et... le service était bon. Nous sommes revenus le mercredi pour un déjeuner lent et long, en nous asseyant à l'intérieur car le temps n'était pas aussi bon. Nous avons réservé une table près de la fenêtre environ une heure avant notre repas et le personnel était sympathique et serviable (même personnel que précédemment, je n'ai pas retenu les noms mais il y avait 1 homme et 1 femme, tous deux...
