I ordered a Mediterranean salad and wrote a note about how I'm having a rough day and how i'd appreciate if they could add some extra halloumi. I got the extra halloumi indeed, but I also received the cutest note wishing me to feel better soon. there was no name under the note, but I have to say it really made my day more than the food ever could : so thank you."

Often use Shake and Grill in Southsea, by far the best burgers in town, top quality, great size portions and the shakes are amazing. Hakim and his team are amazing. Just had an another amazing meal with my long haired admiral

I always order the same two burgers and a shake every time I visit this restaurant, and I am always satisfied with my meal. The only issue is that sometimes my large burger only has one patty instead of three. Despite this occasional issue, I would still give this restaurant a five-star rating.

had our first experience of shake and grill paulsgrove tonight, (supplied) and I must say we were not disappointed. the burgers were very tasty and huge, I couldn't even finish mine and not much beats me. the riders we really cute, crispy, hot and much of them. we will definitely use again and would recommend.
