Pedimos jamón ibérico y tomate relleno de mousse de bonito, ambas espectaculares.De segundo 3 de cochinillo y 1 de bacalao. Un sitio muy rico que merece la pena y en un lugar privilegiado

no doubt the best madrid and the spider chochinillo. We have been four times and never fails, light gold without reaching the toasted color, a blow and the skin breaks like the perfect crystal.
