The staff was very disrespectful, ordered food at 8:30 and it never arrived despite waiting until 11:30.

The desserts are always great from scoops, my family and I love it! We have ordered quite a few times now

Been using scoops for a while now and there always on point. Cater for specific needs and the pizza and deserts quality is top quality. No pictures as I've eaten it all

Scoops I called you giving you a chance to sort this out and your manager said he would call me back, You didnt so youve been reported to Food Standards, JustEat, Deliveroo as well as the local council, hopefully you dont sell food that can kill again

Yesterday, 8 friends got together at Scoops for a meal. The food in terms of quality and portion sizes was excellent. The service in terms of timelines and attentiveness was amazing. We are regular customers of Scoops and usually order through JustEat or UberEats without any issues. However, this time we decided to pay cash and ordered directly from the store. Despite calling twice, we did not receive an apology for the slow service. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our 4 desserts, which is the longest wait we've ever experienced. It was late on a Sunday night, and we have ordered at that time before without any problems. We recommend ordering through JustEat or UberEats for faster service.

Ordered a large scoops special pizza, strawberry crepe, and a concrete slab with custard. The pizza was cold and my partner didn’t end up eating this at all and it didn’t taste nice. The strawberry crepe was cold and the chilli sauce had leaked into the vanilla ice cream I ordered with it. Strawberries weren’t juicy at all! And lastly the concrete slab was not a concrete slab it was a chocolate sponge cake and was cold so we were disappointed as not had this desert since school. Customer service was good, food came early but the quality was lacking unfortunately. It’s a shame because I know scoops can do high quality food and desert.

I have been going to scoops diner since it first opened but I can honestly say that the place has gone downhill. Where do I start? I arrived about 18:05hrs and my order was taken at 18:20hrs which is not too bad however my food arrived after 19:00hrs. I went up to the counter twice to enquire about my food as I had to leave for work at 19:30hrs. The waitress was not helpful at all and told me there is a delay as there are lots of orders (but all the other tables had no food on them either). When the food finally arrived my food was overcooked to a point it was chewy and inedible (I ordered a t bone steak medium well).
