Our visit to the Schürholz restaurant was almost perfect! The owner is a true gastronomic and convinces with sympathy and competence. We found the restaurant as well as beautiful from the inside as well as from the outside. (Not old-fashioned as previous evaluators, but typical Bergisch! The food was a pale man's mouse! A culinary experience that resembles a menu at the top level. A special experience was the dessert for us: a mixed dessert plate.
