When there was nothing around the neighborhood before 8 I called and got the info of the ride had just gone. Normal driving time is about 10 minutes. At half 9 there was nothing to see from the food. Now I was really upset and called. The lady on the phone friendly but totally overwhelmed with the situation. But she assured me that the food should be there every moment and that my money will be refunded. That would have been the least. Food was then cold at just 9... and the supplemental salad was still missing. That was the last time for us. In addition, the promised amount has not been refunded until now."

Since 2012, this delivery service and opposition to the competition have not significantly increased the cost factor. Also tastefully the products are good.
