"My third visit to the Schlemmwerk. The food was as always very good, tasty, well portioned and visually appealing. The ambience is also very beautiful. As with the two previous years, I had the impression that it is not a specialist. My friend asked if the walnuts in the pumpkin cream soup could be omitted as they have an allergy. Answer: I don't know. After waiting a few seconds and after my girlfriend said she would take the other soup to the need, she offered to ask in the kitchen. Right at the order starter, soup, main dish) we asked to make an appropriate break between the courses. Answer: I don't know if this works, we are very funny today, there were still tables free). After the starter, immediately after completion, the soup came 1 minute later... We pointed out that we specifically asked for breaks and left the soup behind. Just a great little restaurant. Daily lunch ticket for the small valley. Nevertheless, always wonderful quality and this is only right on the evening ticket. From simple to exotic.
