"We visit Sarmiento every time that we fly over from London. The food and service is as spectacular and Andalusian as the view. It is exquisite in every way: every dish, from the mint infused croquets, the goat cheese salad, the delicious succulent prawn salad, to the beautifully tender lamb, the mouth watering roasted goat shoulder and the grilled sea bass with garlic were executed with the outmost care. All the ingredients including the olive oil and the tender vegetables were the best that the region offers and tasted incredible. A testament to the enthusiasm and dedication of the young and incredibly talented team that are in charge of this modern interpretation of the best of Andalusian gastronomy.
