Saray - Carte

This is my favourite quick eat Turkish in Berlin. The meat here is awesome and it solves all lamb cravings. You get this yummy fresh cooked bread As well with each meal

Unfortunately the Seitan kebab was very disappointing. For €6.80 I would have expected a little more than just two small half slices of Seitan, cut in half like a slice of sausage.

I love Saray in Berlin . If you are two or more you must have a set menu for two it's great. Super lamb , great starters and good service . I have been to this restaurant so many times that I just like it very much :)

Es war Zufallig angefangen der besuch.Seit 3.Jahren gehe ich und meine Freundin gerne zu Saray.Suppen, Salate Grillgerichte und Nachspeisen alles TOP.WC İst auch Sauber und gepflegt.Einziger Nachteil von Saray ist die Lautstärke der Umgebung der Müllerstr und die Ambulanzwagen die Ständig Siren Heilen wegen der Nähe zum Krankenhaus Virchow. I've eaten a lot of kebabs. But there is no better in the world than Saray. Was last in Berlin three years ago and said the same, thrilled to see them still thriving when in town for Silvester this week. That toasted bun - genius. The deep pocket enabling a huge amount of fillings. Sauerkraut - yet more genius. No better place to end your night. Or drop in for lunch any old time. Voir le carte

There are not a lot of real Turkish restaurants in Berlin. Once you exclude all the Döner fast food places it's pretty slim pickings. This one is comes closest to real Turkish food I have found (though it does not compare to my Turkish friends' mothers cooking). If you are a vegetarian, there are about 4 options and the best part are the starters. They have a BIG selection of warm and cold appetizers (ask them to make it vegetarian).

This restaurant is in the corner of See straße and Müller Str. From the street its look just like ordinary kebab restaurant. The staff is very friendly and generous so u can have big kebab for only 2.50 euro. Like many Turkish restaurant they offer falafel and durum kebab also grilled chicken but i found the kebab is the best from them. In the lunch time they have so many guest so better to grab the kebab and enjoy while exploring Wedding area by feet or bike. Wedding is known for multi-culture district in Berlin so you can easily found Asian , Turkish or East European kitchen here.

My personal experience in this restaurant was unfortunately bad. Maybe the mistake was to order roasted chicken in a restaurant, which speciality is Kebab. The chicken was well overcooked, texture like rubber. In addition, I was treated very unfriendly by the waiter when... I told him about the chicken. He didn't even look at it. No offer from him to make me feel so better that I don't have to pay or get free dessert. He said I should go to the kitchen and complain to the cook, not with him. Very disappointing. As we ate, we were asked three times if we wanted to pay. We felt kicked out of the restaurant. The 2nd star is only for the great taste of the Döner sandwich my husband had eaten. Voir le carte
