"we had only one of the best meal times and night in old. it is also right in front of our doorstep and we had no warning. king prawns in garlic we are probably the best we found and the Calamari star was also quite fantastic. the personal really. care, seemingly thoroughly enjoy what they do and know exactly what is on the menu and from the memory. they all have very welcome us and especially from the side. it was a cold night, but the whole place was warm, the decor is tasteful, fresh and very clean. I was quite shocked at the norms tbh and only 10 minutes from our doorstep? how did we miss that on earth? after our meal we were chatting with the staff and owner in the bar area and it became quite quickly obvious why it was such a good experience was just nice people with real passion a little of rarity in these days I would say. I think I already know where some of our disposable incomes are going now....ha, yes. it's so good, it's really. no longer drive into the city to be disappointed....it would not miss! thanks to all the employees in santonios for a nice night and we will be back....yes, we really will."

Another wonderful meal at Santonio's. Its one of our favourite places to eat. Delicious food (the sea bass is the best), friendly and attentive service and very covid safe. The cocktails are good too.

Due to covid we haven’t been out for a while. Booked today for Sunday lunch and it has to be the best ever place for food. It was absolutely delicious, king prawn starter to die for and roast beef was the just the best. Voir le carte

a really friendly place with pleasant dining at a reasonable price. Our dog was also allowed to be with us, which is so unusual for an Italian. really helped us during the holiday, as our dog was not allowed to open in the holiday home. to remain his own.

once again a delicious meal in this fantastic restaurant. beautiful friendly staff and great, great eating. this time we had mushrooms to start in the tenderest sauce, followed by pizzas santonio and roberta. both were huge and beautiful we had to some. to bring home amazing worth. we love this place!

My wife and I visited here for first time yesterday. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Food was piping hot when brought to the table and made with lovely fresh ingredients. No corner cutting and good value. Service was very very quick . Pizza inferno does...what it says on the menu and Santonios pasta dish is recommended: tasty creamy sauce with loads of tender steak. been quite a few times for Sunday lunch and have never been dissapointed we have had the beef and its very tender but the last few times we've have had the lamb which is beautiful and plenty meat on your plate with lots of lovely...fresh cooked vegetables we are always too full to have a dessert but we have had them previously and they are very tasty like i say we love it here Michael is very welcoming and the staff are very nice aswell nothing is too much bother

We have passed this restaurant many times and have had several recommendations. We decided to give it a try and were not disappointed. We shared the calamari which was delicious and very generous portion. Enjoyed a pasta meal for my second course and it was...really delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the decor is very pleasant. Reasonably priced and nice to dine at a restaurant with such character as opposed to a chain . Can’t wait to go back .
