"This should have been an enthusiastic review of a great Russian restaurant. The food was really great, we ate the last morsels of the schuba, enjoyed the solyanka. The waiter was kind and cooperative. And then all of a sudden, it went horribly wrong. I was there with two children. And they were patiently waiting to a point. Now it can be a matter of argument on how long we usually need to wait for a main course. But I have seen that other people who came afrer us had already finished their meal. Let 's see this in detail: we arrived at 6:17 PM. We ordered our food by 6:30 PM. Finished our appetizers just around 6.50 6.55 PM. A half an hour later there was no food. When I asked the waiter, he said 7 more minutes. We only start to prepare the main course when you finish the starter (that was already a WTF moment). 15 minutes later I got really angry. And instead of defusing the situation, the waiter pushed back: you just finished your starter, why are you in such a hurry etc. Finally the food came (it was nice BTW), but the mood was ruined, my daughter was in tears. We ate quickly and left the restaurant frustrated and angry. I would like to ask the otherwise nice waiter: next time, please admit that the kitchen had problems. Try to be cooperative, nice so I don 't have to write such reviews."

An atmospheric traditional restaurant serving East European and Russian food: the manager comes from Ukraine. There are also outside tables on the pavement, but the nearby road is noisy. My meal was authentic and very tasty. A good place to eat if visiting the nearby Charlottenburg palace.

Great genuine service and satisfying meal. Stopped here during a round Berlin cycle with my son. Polite and efficient service from lovely lady waitress. Ordered currywurst and pommes with drinks. Wir waren 9, von 2,5 bis 74 Jahren und jeder hat etwas gefunden (inklusive die Vegetarier) und jeden hat es geschmeckt. Der Service war zuvorkommend und schnell. Es war ein rundum zufriedenes Geburtstagessen. Ich empfehle das Boeuf Stroganoff, besonders lecker war für die Kinder die Knoblauch Mayonnaise zu den Pommes

Nach einem sehr herzlichen Willkommen, einer tollen Tischwahl mit dem Hinweis ...Da kommt noch gleich eine Gruppe, es könnte lauter werden..., nehmen Sie doch in diesem Raum Platz... Zwei sehr nette, zuvorkommende Kellner kümmerten sich rührend um uns, schnell bekamen wir unsere Getränke, wurden wir gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob wir schon einen Essenswunsch hätten.
