"I (vegetarian) was here last night with two non-vegetarians. it has a beautiful relaxed and friendly atmosphere and subtle background music. all that is served is vegetarian with vegan options. there is the core menu plus daily options. we ordered risotto and (freshly prepared) pasta from the map and a fish dish from the map and were all very impressed. everything was excellently prepared and presented. the fish dish was prepared very skillfully by wrapping tofu in alga, instead of some of the more processed alternatives found in reform houses"

beautiful quiet restaurant with gentle jazz music. close enough to the old town, good parking. the suppe was very good, pumpkin. we plan to come back and try the menu offers. the menu changes depending on customer satisfaction. look at the Facebook page, salutsalate. although the menu is in German, this was explained to us, friendly atmosphere.
