I usually eat here paella. The best in town. Tapas are also amazing. All the staff is professional and kind. Definitely one of my favourite place in Southend.

The tapas servings were exceptional in both portion size and quality. The wine selection was excellent for pairing with the food. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the staff was very friendly.

This restaurant is extremely welcoming, beautiful, and clean. We tried the Tapas, which was delicious. The staff were efficient, friendly, and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant! The prices are very reasonable for the outstanding quality and quantity of food.

Lovely restaurant with fantastic selection of food and drinks. Service is fantastic, nothing is too much for the staff. The restaurant has a fab buzzy atmosphere. Great selection of tapas and Spanish food as well as pizzas and pastas and a great little kids menu! We love it!

Went to Salsa for an evening meal. We always go there and have always had a good experience. We were seated by our normal waitress, we order our drinks and she then informs us that they are no longer selling pasta on the menu which is my go to food there. So disappointed. Didn’t fancy any of their other food so we left. Not great. Voir le carte

My wife and I have been to this restaurant several times now, and the staff are really friendly, great atmosphere and the food is fantastic, fresh quality ingredients. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, The menu is great with many options including vegetarian and vegan. 5 star rating from us. Very reasonable pricing on food and drinks. Bit disappointed with some dishes. The Spanish ham was out of a supermarket pack, the bread was just a cheap baguette, like a part bake one. The fajitas were nice, steak nice and tender. My husband had the chicken and ribs. Leg of chicken very small and would have been better if he was given a steak knife to cut between the ribs which were a bit tough. Sangria was quite nice and calamari good. The waitresses were very good. Just unfortunate about the dishes. Wouldn't go again

Finding ourselves dogless and childless for the evening, and planning to go to a local pub, I suggested popping out for something to eat first. Friday evening, although I was early, I suspected without a booking we would struggle to find somewhere. However Salsa were able to accommodate. It was happy hour, so we started with some margaritas. It wasn't particularly strong, so my husband requested an additional shot of tequila. The knives and forks at hour table were dirty, but to the staffs credit, when we highlighted it they apologized and immediately got us some clean ones. We opted for Tapas.
