Random items we never ordered kept arriving at our table, despite us asking the waiter multiple times for clarity. Some of the waitstaff really need to improve their customer service skills. The food that did arrive was nice, but the overall experience left much to be desired."

We were a party of three at one table, and we found that our ordering was limited to just 10 items per table. The waiter mentioned that we could order 15, but the ordering system only allowed us to select 10 items at a time.

we came to enjoy some food before we go to a concert and the food and service were excellent, really nice mood, although quiet as it was 4 pm on Monday, but we enjoyed this as we felt personally waited and the eating was all cooked and served quickly and was delicious

I had a better experience at a McDonald's. They didn't have all the food I ordered, and the staff were the rudest I've ever encountered, except for one of the bar staff who apologized for our experience. The manager also added a £20 service charge without asking and later blamed us, saying we should have raised our concerns. We are definitely not coming back!
