The collect by car area is not sign posted at all which leads to confusion

You were my favourite store but now you have brought in card only payment for fuel very disapponted

The the security guard at the front needs to get a new calling in life. being the front of sainsburys doesn't do the brand justice. Rude and humiliating behaviour will not bring you repeat customers

Staff seem very well organised it was the idiot woman and her husband taking photos and touching all the oven trays whilst wearing their masks under their noses that was annoying! Strolling slowly back and forth ?

Thank you so much all the staff at Sainsbury's Weymouth for making my weekly shopping trip so great. My daughter has to go to Sainsbury's Chiswick in London, she only goes every 2 weeks because she says its chaos, no queuing outside and she says it's like a rugby scrum when you get inside. When I tell her about my experience at Weymouth store where the staff are organised and everything is so calm.

As a vulnerable person I can only shop when I feel happy secure. When I go to Sainsbury’s Weymouth, the staff are fantastic they chat make me feel secure. I only go at night as less people about. Last night fabulous service from Sandra on the tills. Luke on self service checkout chatted he knows I am collecting all staff names as at end of lockdown I am telling the world of the 2 stores that have saved my life for being there for me. Then I went to your petrol station got served by the fabulous Cody who as normal asked how I was what sort of week I had had. Your staff are fabulous make me happy as you will never know how scared I am of living a normal life. Thank you for being there ??

Went to weymouth Sainsbury's cafe for breakfast today and found the kitchen was Shut down, they were only doing drinks snacks, was told by the man on the counter that it a be closed for a long time to come, on the way out of the store I noticed the cake counter was also shut down, Aldi as just open a new store next door with everyone getting off the free Sainsbury's bus going in there, Sainsbury's as already lost a lot of customers to weymouth Morrisons because till the end of June they only had couple of staff on the tills and were only letting a few in at a time (being political correct), many of these customers who were kept waiting outside for ages went over to Morrisons and found it che...

went to take product back which had been recalled on a consumer site which, on Thursday due to salmonella issues, was told they knew nothing about it,they spoke to another person on phone and still nothing,so called some one down not sure if store manager never gave no name) I showed him my phone about taking item back and he just looked at me puzzled and shock head and went yer?
