We visited Said for coffee and desserts, the staff were very friendly. The chocolate cake was one of the best I ever had, its clear that this is a result of the passion and love of chocolate Highly recommended for anyone in London.

Absolutely loved their dark chocolate crepe, I ordered mine with strawberries and it was YUM. The waitress that served us was more than friendly and welcoming. Although at the time of my visit it was pretty crowded, but within a few minutes you’ll find a table.

The most amazing Hot Chocolate ever! Also do try their Chocolate Dipped Strawberries! Lived the whole place. It smells divine. Very unique chocolates. Too authentic, it's all food for the soul. Definitely stoop here for a piping hot cup or a sweet snack The service is really courteous. Would definitely want them to expand and have more shops around It's really underrated right now, if you ask me #MehtabolismRecommends

very poor service. we did not have our order (two croissants) for 45 minutes, although we followed twice. then a waiter after 45 minutes brought 1 croissant and said that we no longer have croissant, so that we cannot bring one of their order, instead of telling us at the beginning when we have ordered. it was too late to order something else. even if we tried to order, hunt or ask for bill, it took age to serve them. we are very disappointed about the service.

I went to this place with my wife and a friend who came to visit us. We were served buy a guy with orange hair. It was horrible. The guy was rude and very unaducated. While we were there we saw 3 clients leaving the place because of this guy rudness and because they werent served within reasonable time. We had a cake which was hard as a rock. Everything very expensive for a truly horrible service. Never again. Hopefully the C19 virus will close down this place.

After the owner told us that we were waiting in the line and that we were the last customers, he ignored us until we finally arrived at 11 o'clock we were still not served and the owner said that the load was closed and threatened the waitress that she would be the one who would pay for the fine if he was after hours when he told us to wait. Responsibility for their mistakes and do not take it on their workers! we were also threatening and kicked out of the load.

so this place is known for its hot chocolate, indisputably one of the best in the city. the only problem was that my hot chocolate wasn't so hot. the taste is amazing as a bowl of molten chocolate. known for it is dessert, so my fault to think that not dessert's article would be good! the ravioli was just sad. too hard and not tasteful plus the quantity offered is nothing before the price. the crepes were again delicious! too much chocolate is not a bad thing and this place will give them that in full. the ambiente was also a little sad, as the building was in construction and many people ate after their hot chocolate.
