"This restaurant was suggested by a fellow expat and I'm glad it was! We had the first of what I'm sure will be many great evenings. Though small, we had a reservation for our group of 10 located at the back of the restaurant. Our waiter graciously and efficiently managed our drink and appetizer orders as everyone arrived over the course of 20 minutes. (Note: parking is on the street and it can be tricky to find a spot. Take the tram if possible. The wine card was small, but with solid choices I opted for the Dornfelder and my friend ordered the Grauburgunder, both of which were excellent. The bacon wrapped dates melted in my mouth! I ordered the Rocket Salad with grilled chicken and grilled mozzarella as my main dish, and it delivered. The salad was tossed with the right amount of a sweet sour dressing (not too soggy , cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. The chicken was grilled to perfection, juicy and wonderfully seasoned. And what's not to love about a nice chunk of grilled cheese? The quality of the service cannot be overstated. I have had enough meals in Germany with indifferent (and worse waitstaff to appreciate the friendly countenance of all the staff, from the greetings upon arrival to the accommodation of special requests. I would highly recommend the Roter Hahn to anyone visiting Bremen. Located in the hip Steintor neighborhood close to the Werder Bremen football stadium, it's a pleasant locale to catch up with friends for a beer (or wine and a nice meal. Reservations recommended."

The Red Rooster is the best a guest can wish, fair prices a super nice service and the food is simply gigantic leaks. The mixed appetizer is only idyllic. Please, dear team goes so far and I hope you will survive this terrible Corona time.

Locals directed me to this place. Service was great, food selection was varied and most importantly, it was quite good. Tap selection was good, had some local brews. Go for the local (North German) selection on the menu. I went with the Knipp, it was excellent.

Very friendly and flexible service. The food has tolerated the 10 minutes from picking up to dinner. The pommes were cheerful and the burger was appetizing and not distracted. Also the second food has tasted very well, roast potatoes and meat have a very good quality. Good value for money. Voir le carte

They drove spontaneously without reservation. The place was already well filled, but we still got a great niche square. The food was delicious and special requests were received. The dessert is a culinary delight. The service was sensationally attentive and friendly. We were there for the first time and are now going to go more frequently. If you drive by car, you have to set up a parking search with a walk to the restaurant. It's worth the visit.

We were there several times to eat, never disappointed. Since the lockdown, we have also used the Red Hahn delivery service several times. By quality there is no difference, the food comes very hot and tasty as always. The previously agreed delivery time point is complied with on time. It is recommended to pre-order in a timely manner. SUPER ESSEN! Home cooking and more, in TOP quality! Too bad the seats are so limited. Quality and quantity are super, hard to find something better nearby. This is probably the reason why the shop is always full. Unfortunately, the popularity is also the reason why the service is always overwhelmed. Kindness is not that problem. This was probably my best restaurant experience in Bremen! We shared tapas of chorizo, manchego cheese, some kind of spanish pepper, with olives, and baguette that was a perfect sharing appetizer. Everything was flavorful, fresh and delicious. I can't begin to describe how delicious our dinner entrees were. I had Putenbrust mit Champignons und Pommes. My boyfriend had this AMAZING Orange Chicken with croquettes. Everything was cooked to perfection. The sauces, the vegetables, even the Pommes! I didn't know there was a way to make Pommes special, but they've figured it out! This has been my best meal in Bremen, I just wish I knew it was going to be this great I would have dressed up, lol.

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated. I had personally looked by for the reservation with a multi-week run and expressed a wish for a table. he was not promised “we are not doing in principle” but fulfilled. the q1 belongs to the quartet riva, quai, deck 20, q1. service: in q1 you are placed. for this you have to wait brav at the stehpult after the entrance. a young lady with tie led one to the table. the casting for the selection of service forces produces more petty young women. the view shows sneakers, then a little bare cuff, tight jeans – the usual street uniform, a small apron, white blouses and black pants straps. that makes a pleasing impression and the young ladies are self-confident, open in the speech and give fun to the work. they also manage their duty safely and in a gas-torientated manner. so it was asked for the appetizers and a certain waiting period whether the main courses would be allowed. However, they were already waiting in the kitchen pass, because hardly any of us had agreed they were plotted. the drinks did not come excessively flotted, but after acceptable time; a water had been in obscurity. the spatula card has been advertised and especially the lemongrass soup is recommended as a personal favorite of our servant. I like to give four stars. as it belongs to a bar, there is a plentiful drink offer. two beer jever and radeberger are tapped and can be nailed for 0.2 l with proud 2.10 €. a bottle water 0.75 l comes to 5,90 € and the 11 open weine are in the band width from 4,90 € to 8,00 €.
